Hello everyone,

On this page you will find some tutorial videos that might be helpful for you as you learn to use your iPod Touch as a tool in the classroom. You know how good you are at using an iPod touch so you can decide which videos you want to watch. Please remember to use your headphones to watch the video -- there is sound in all of them. If you find any cool videos that you think might help other students, please feel free to Email me the link and I will see about putting them up.

Thank you very much,

Video #1 -- Turning your iPod Touch on/off
  • The video also shows how to force your iPod Touch to turn off if it ever freezes. This is very helpful to know so you can troubleshoot your iPod yourself.

Video #2 -- How to select and de-select text on your iPod Touch
  • Very basic, but important to know for the next video

Video #3 -- Using cut/copy/paste on your iPod Touch
  • Cool tip that will save you some time

Video #4 -- Taking a screenshot of your iPod
  • This is very useful if your iPod Touch is doing strange things (freezes, gives you strange error messages, or malfunctions in any other way). I can only fix a problem if I know what it is so it helps if you take a screenshot of any problems.

Video #5 -- Changing the language on your iPod Touch

Video #6 -- How to change the keyboard from English to French
  • Very useful tip as this will also change the dictionary (spellcheck) from English to French

Video #7 -- How to enable and use caps lock

Video #8 -- How to create and use folders
  • Super cool feature that you will love if you like to organize stuff as much as I do. Makes it much easier to find your apps quickly.
